Delete your Xcerpt account
You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like. It can't be undone.
In the app
- Open Xcerpt.
- On Home, tap Account (top right).
- Tap Delete account.
- Hold Hold to delete my account for two seconds.
It's deleted at once.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email developer@xcerptapp.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account".
We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done. Writing from the account's own address is how we know the request is really from you.
What's deleted
- Your account: your name, email address and sign-in, including the link to your Google account.
- Your whole library: every passage, your books and their covers.
- The photos of your pages, and the words read from them.
- Your feedback, and the records of how your captures went.
Nothing that identifies you is kept. If you sign up again later with the same address, you'll start with an empty library.
